On our second day, housekeeping didn't come to our room at all, despite the fact that we left towels on the floor for replacement. I had to call the front desk to ask for clean towels. She informed me I needed to request services at check-in, which I wasn’t made aware of. The staff didn’t apologize for the inconvenience when I went to pick up the towels, which left me feeling a bit neglected. The breakfast options were very basic, lacking variety. Everything considered, my stay could’ve been much more enjoyable with better communication and improved attention to cleanliness.
